SERVICE FEE  (FOR LEASES)

FOR TENANTS

For monthly rentals  of S$2500 and below, the service fee payable by the  TENANT  shall be equivalent to half-month (1/2) rent for every year of lease plus GST.  However, for monthly rentals above S$2500 for  a minimum of  two-year lease,  it shall be free of charge.   

FOR LANDLORDS

The service fee payable by the Landlord shall be equivalent to half-month (1/2) rent for every year of lease plus GST.
